The customer service is wonderful. I brought a watch from steals and it did not work. I was hoping it was just the battery. I got in contact with customer service and Told the problem. The first thing they asked if I would like to return the watch for a full refund. I told them no, let me find out if it's just the battery. Customer service told me to take the watch to the shop and see if it was just the battery and if it was just the battery they would refund me 20 dollars for the inconvenience. I was hoping it was just the battery because I been trying to get this watch for a good price for awhile now. It was just the battery and true to their word they sent me 20 dollars back. I WILL DEFINITELY SHOP AGAIN
